World Resources Forum 2023
We live in times of economic, social and environmental disruption. The economic model we have relied upon has been driving the triple planetary crisis of climate change, pollution and biodiversity loss. Time for systemic change has never been more urgent.
We require the power of collective imagination and open collaboration to move towards a future where global resource use becomes a driver for planetary wellbeing.
WRF’23 welcomes international policy-makers, businesses, scientists and civil society leaders to find innovative solutions and co-create a new story of sustainable, systemic change.
at the interface of policy, science, industry and civil society.
to actively participate in the solution-finding process.
to learn about the latest research in a multi-disciplinary setting.
with motivated and inspiring participants from all over the world.
Following up on a very successful hybrid edition in 2021, WRF’23 will take place in a hybrid format, with a 3-day in-person conference in Geneva, Switzerland and an online programme accessible from all over the world. In this way, we can leverage the benefits of meeting in-person, while ensuring accessibility on a global scale and lowering our environmental footprint.
A 3-day live programme in Geneva full of high-level keynotes & panels, interactive sessions, exhibitions, informal networking opportunities, food, drinks & special activities.
The joy of meeting all together. Once again.
Access to the live streaming of many sessions taking place in Geneva, plus an additional programme of online sessions and networking opportunities through a dedicated event app.
At the core of the conversation, even from far away.
We chose a special conference venue to welcome our participants. Geneva’s International Conference Center (CICG) is a world-class event venue, which benefits from a privileged location in close proximity to the Place des Nations, the main International Organisations and permanent missions based in Geneva. Why Geneva? This is an easy choice for Europe’s most international city, which is home to 32 international organisations, 250 non-governmental organisations, 900 multinationals and 26,000 international diplomats and civil servants.
We can’t wait to welcome you in the heart of Geneva.
