As a hybrid conference, you can attend the World Resources Forum 2023 either in-person in Geneva (Switzerland) or online. Different admission fees apply to in-person and virtual attendance.
To enable an inclusive participation, participants from low- and middle-income countries (as classified by the World Bank) and students benefit from discounted fees. In case funding cannot be secured, participants from these categories can also apply for a sponsorship to cover the full admission fees.
Tickets sale is open!
Participants from low- & middle-income countries and students can apply for a ticket sponsorship to have the fee waived for either online or in-person attendance. The sponsorship only covers the ticket cost and in no cases covers travel and accommodation costs.
Apply for a sponsorship via the online form, indicating your requested type of attendance and short motivation for joining the conference.
While we review your application and look for organisational sponsors to finance your participation, your application is pending.
Based on the funding secured for sponsoring tickets, applicants are granted free tickets on a first come, first serve basis. For in-person participation, the notification of acceptance is communicated by June 1, 2023. For online participation, by August 1, 2023.
Fill in the form below to apply for a ticket sponsorship, either for the Geneva event or for the online event.
If your organisation wishes to enable typically under-represented groups to participate to the World Resources Forum 2023 and have their voices heard, you can become an 'Inclusivity Sponsor'. In this sponsorship category, the full amount of your sponsorship will be directed to pay the admission fees of the participants you wish to support, such as individuals from low- and middle-income countries, or students.
